PAINTING in Acrylic, 1-day Workshop - SATURDAY, July, 19th, 1:00 - 3:45pm
This is an introduction to acrylic painting.
This workshop takes a traditional approach to acrylic painting using a simple palette, working with shades of gray, ranging from black to white.
We'll work from observation, focusing on mark-making and paint application.
In order to address spatial relationships between forms, we'll begin with some basic drawing, discussing how light and shadow play a role in building a strong composition.
We can learn a lot in a short amount of time.
